Important Notice for Parents
Jumzy Kids is designed for children ages 5-12 and requires parental supervision. By creating an account or allowing your child to use this app, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and your child.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MB Djump, operating under the trade name Jumzy Kids, regarding your access to and use of the Jumzy Kids mobile application and related services.
2. Age Requirements
Jumzy Kids is designed for children ages 5-12. Only parents or legal guardians (18+) may create accounts. Parental supervision is required during all use.
3. Service Description
Jumzy Kids is an AI-powered fitness application featuring:
- Real-time AI movement detection using TensorFlow.js
- Exercise programs designed for children
- Screen time rewards system
- Parent Dashboard for monitoring and control
4. Medical Disclaimer
Jumzy Kids is NOT a medical device. Consult your child's healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. Stop immediately if your child experiences pain or discomfort.
5. Camera Usage
We NEVER record video. Camera data is processed locally on your device for real-time pose detection only. No visual data is ever stored or transmitted.
6. Safety Guidelines
- Ensure a clear, safe exercise space (min. 2m x 2m)
- Children ages 5-7 require direct adult supervision
- Use appropriate footwear and clothing
- Allow rest between exercise sessions
7. Subscriptions
After the free trial, a paid subscription is required. Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds for partial periods.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Klaipeda, Lithuania. EU consumers may use the EC Online Dispute Resolution platform.
