ProveMove is an app blocker that makes you move to unlock. You pick the apps that eat your day and set what unlocking them costs in exercises. When you open one, ProveMove steps in and asks for the reps — and the camera watches you do them. On-device AI pose detection counts each one in real time.

Who is ProveMove for?

Anyone who wants their screen time to cost something. Most people use it solo: block the apps, do the reps, get the time. Families can use the same mechanic across separate profiles with a parent PIN over the settings, but that is an option, not the point of the app.

How does the camera verification work?

Your device camera feeds an on-device pose detection model that tracks key body points and recognises the movement — a squat, a jump, a lunge. Each valid repetition is counted; partial or faked movements are not. On Android this runs on Google ML Kit, on iOS on Apple's Vision framework. Everything happens locally, and no frame is ever stored or uploaded.

Yes. Camera data is processed entirely on-device and never stored. We collect the minimum needed to run an account — email, exercise statistics, settings — and we do not sell data or run ad networks. We are GDPR compliant, and family mode additionally meets COPPA requirements for children's profiles.

Is video recorded during exercises?

No. We never record, store, or transmit video or images. The camera feed is used only for real-time pose detection — the AI reads body positions and discards each frame immediately.

How do screen time rewards work?

Every completed exercise buys screen time — 3 minutes by default, up to 15 minutes per session. You decide how many exercises an unlock takes and how long the reward lasts. In family mode a parent sets those limits per profile from the dashboard.

How much does ProveMove cost?

The free tier includes five exercises, the app blocker and family mode. Premium unlocks the remaining seven — all 12 exercises — for EUR 4.99 per month or EUR 39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payments run through the App Store or Google Play.

What exercises does the app recognise?

Twelve: squats, jumps, hands up, arm waves, side bends, high knees, toe touches, star jumps, marching in place, overhead claps, lunges, and cross touches. Each one has a demonstration and real-time feedback while you move. No equipment required.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. We offer a 7-day free trial of Premium when you sign up for either the Monthly or Yearly plan. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.

Does it work with Family Sharing?

Yes. ProveMove supports Apple Family Sharing and Google Play family sharing. One subscription covers the whole household.

How are payments handled?

Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We never see or store your payment information. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
